How buying a home here works
Most people start by looking through the homes on this site, then come walk the ones on our lot. If you're financing, we'll put you in touch with lenders who handle manufactured homes, with or without land.
Once you've picked a home, we'll go over where it's going and what site work it needs. Then we schedule delivery and setup and keep you posted until you move in.
What would the payment be?
On a $90,000 home with 10% down, a typical home-only loan comes to about $703 a month. Each home's page has a payment calculator, or fill out a short pre-qualification and we'll call you.
